Meeting called to Order at 12:07 P.M.

Introduction of members and guests:

Minutes of Aug. 10, 2013 meeting were read. Motion to accept the minutes as read made by Rosemary Blair, seconded by Corette Drake and the motion carried.

Janiece Robinson read the Treasurers Report. A motion to accept the report as read made by Keith Blair, seconded by Bruce Drake and the motion carried.

Secretary Joyce Raymond led a short discussion on the mining season and the necessity of completing the Mining Claims Report. We need the reports data to comply with the rules put in place by the BLM. Noncompliance equals forfeiture of the Mining Claim.

Janiece Robinson made a motion to have the November meeting at the Church of Crist in Riverton with a carry in lunch at 12:00 Noon, followed by the meeting at 1:00 O’clock
Seconded by Corette Drake, the motion passed.

Meeting Adjourned at 12:20 P.M.

The 50/50 drawing was won by Amanda Drake.

Congratulations to the winners of the raffle following the meeting.
