President Jacque Schmidt called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M.

Secretary Mary Hutchison read the minutes from the last meeting. Russ motioned to accept the minutes as read and Les 2nd. 
Motion carried.

Treasurers report and all expenditures were read. Deb has an itemized bill from Jim for postage, supplies and etc. Randy motioned for the bill to be paid and Les 2nd.  Randy motioned to accept the treasurers report and Craig 2nd.
Motion carried.

Correspondence: Randy read a letter from the BLM stating that there can't be any surface disturbance other than casual use, until the bond reflects the BLM specific wording required. Randy also suggested adding some more money to the bond. Kathi moved to do a new bond for $3000.00, Russ 2nd.  Motion carried. 
Deb mentioned that cards would be sent to members who have health issues.

Reclamation: - no report
Carl suggested having a mini outing on Yankee Gulch in 2 weeks. (September 27th) Les made a motion to have the outing and Becky 2nd. Everyone will meet at the Miners Delight cemetery at 8:30.

Kathi motioned to reimburse the claim agents for BLM claims fees. Russ 2nd. Motioned carried.

New Business: Randy motioned to buy the club a new color printer and computer case. He explained the need for these items. Les 2nd. 
Motion carried.

Jim brought some of the new name tags. They are real nice and will work well. 

Next meeting will be held at the Hutchison Home (200 Ramshorn Dr. )in Riverton on November 8th at 1:00 P.M. See map or check web site. Bring a dish of something good to eat AND the recipe.
