Meeting called to Order at 12:58 P.M.
Introduction of members and guests.

Minutes of Sept. 24, 2013 meeting were read, motion by Rosemary Blair to accept minutes as read, seconded by Mary Hutchison and motion carried.

Janiece Robinson read the Treasurer’s Report. Jacque Schmidt made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Randy Hutchison, motion carried.

A letter from the Heritage Center asking for a donation was read. The Board will look into this.

PLP (Public Lands for the People) was discussed. Randy Hutchison made a motion to send them a $500.00 donation, seconded by Keith Blair, motion carried.

The Reclamation on Broken Shovel was discussed. Keith Blair will contact DEQ about the date of the dig and BLM for the right seed mixture for the area.

Randy Hutchison said he will make some of his private claims available to the Club. All material must be run on location. He will get the club more information before spring.
