Meeting called to Order at 10:05 A.M.
Introductions were made with 27 members in attendance.
Minutes of the Last Meeting were read and approved.
Treasurers Report was read and approved.
Glenn Lansberry reported on the Green River “River Walk” event on Aug. 14th. & 15th.. Anyone that will be in the area or that has an interest in helping with the WPA booth, please give Glenn a call at
307-875-4110. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Randy Hutchison reported that Mr. Bixler has given WPA permission to use the pond property on Big Atlantic Gulch again this year for the Annual Outing.

Randy Hutchison read a letter from BLM. In short, there are some changes with our Mining Claims. After a discussion, Keith Blair made a motion to refile the changes with BLM as Randy recommended. Kim Raymond seconded and the motion carried

Les Armstrong and Janiece Robinson handed out maps with the changes on the Claims. All members need to go over the new maps and take note of the changes. The last 5 maps in the packet are Randy’s and Scott Luers claims that they are allowing WPA members prospect on. Dispose of your old maps.

If you have not already done so, please download some copies of the mining report from our Web Page and fill them out each time you work on one of the claims. Bring the reports to the next meeting or mail them to Wyoming Prospectors Association at P.O. Box 1269 Riverton, Wy. 82501.
