Meeting called to Order at 9:54AM
            Introduction of members, with four new members present.
            Deb Palmer read minutes of the last meeting. Minutes amended to correct typo error of Mine to Mini. Janiece Robinson made a motion to accept minutes as amended, Dennis Walker seconded and the motion carried.
            A letter was received from the Wounded Warriors Foundation asking for donations. Discussion followed with no action taken.
            Deb Palmer gave Treasurers Report. Bruce Drake made a motion to accept the report, June Locker seconded and the motion carried.
            Les Armstrong stated that we still need help for the Annual Outing. He said he would put up the WPA signs and take care of the Adult Treasure Hunt, and the Kids Treasure Hunt with Keith’s help.
            It was brought up that roasts are easier and cheaper than steaks. Discussion followed. Randy Hutchison, Les Armstrong and Keith Blair will do the cooking. Vote was taken and roasts were preferred. Janiece Robinson volunteered to purchase the meat. Deb Palmer stated the Port-a-potties are reserved. (both regular and handicapped)
            Les Armstrong stated after the meeting we will be working on the Broken Shovel to get materials for the Outing.
            Deb Palmer stated the club purchased a new canopy to use at the Outing.
            Janiece Robinson volunteered to bring Ice for the Outing.
            Pot Luck on Saturday night so bring a covered dish for this meal.
ANNUAL OUTING WILL BE JUNE FRI. 21, SAT. 22 AND SUN. 23
            Day in the Park July 13th. Deb Palmer stated that Les Armstrong and Janiece will be gone that weekend. Volunteers were called for, especially for setup and teardown.  Jim Brines asked when we would have to let them (the organizers of the Day in the Park) know. Deb Palmer said if we want to reserve the same spot, by the water source, the sooner the better. Tabled until the next meeting since there were no volunteers to Chair the event. Deb Palmer explained what happens at Day in the Park and said the cost will be $60. For the space.
NEXT MEETING SET FOR JUNE 8TH  AT THE GRUBSTEAK IN ATLANTIC CITY.
BREAKFAST AT 9:OO AND THE MEETING AT 9:30.
Mini Outing if there is enough interest. Location to be decided then.

Bruce Drake won the 50-50 drawing.
