Meeting called to Order at 6:30 P.M.

Introduction of Guests and Members.

Minutes of May meeting were read. Paula Jones made a motion to accept minutes as they were read, seconded by Kim Raymond and the motion passed.

Correspondence:
A Thank You note was received from the winner of the 50-50 at the May meeting.
A Thank You note from Jerry D’Adamo .
A letter from the BLM letting us know that the reclamation of the dig on Broken Shovel had  passed their inspection.

Deb Palmer gave the Treasurers report. Kim Raymond made a motion to accept the report, seconded by Mary Hutchison and the motion passed.

Discussion on the Dig Permit on Broken Shovel. The permit will expire at the end of July. Randy Hutchison recommended that we apply for a one year extension on the permit.

Kim Raymond made a motion to pay Tip Top Embroidery for supplies that totaled more than the $500.00 Spending limit established for the WPA Store. Randy Hutchison seconded and the motion passed.

Election of Officers:

President. Karen Schroeder nominated. There being no other nominations Karen was elected by Acclamation.

Vice President. Janiece Robinson nominated. There being no other nominations Janiece was elected by Acclamation.

Secretary. Joyce Raymond nominated. There being no other nominations Joyce was elected by Acclamation.
