Meeting was called to order at 4:55 P.M. at the Rock Creek site and introductions were made. 

Secretary H. read the minutes of the last meeting.  Randy H. motioned to approve as read with Jim H. seconding the motion.  Minutes approved. 

Treasurer Deb P. read the treasurer’s report.  Jim. H. motioned to approve with a second by Les A.  Report approved. 

Committee Reports:
No Claims report

Reclamation: 
Two test holes were dug on the Declan B and the Declan B2 claims.  They have been backfilled and contoured but not seeded.  Randy mentioned that Amanda 28 will require a plan of operation instead of the notice we have used in the past. 

Old Business:
Jim H. reported that he is still waiting on the prices for jackets, caps and shirts. 

Jacque S. stated that she has not received word on several of the grants for which she had applied.  She also reported on the progress for the mining display to be completed by the club at the Wind River Heritage Center. 

Deb P. and Jacque S. will be meeting with the accountant on Monday the 29th to review and sign the paper work  for our IRS reports that are now required. 

Jacque mentioned that we still needed volunteers for our booth at “Day In the Park” on July 11, 2009 in Riverton.  Set up will be at 6:00 A.M. with the event start at 8:00 A.M.

As there was only 1 candidate for each office the officers were elected by acclamation.  Congratulations to the 2009-2010 officers.

There will be a mini outing held on the Crusher and Mary D 2 claims along Strawberry Creek on July 25, 2009.  Meet at the Miners Grub Stake in Atlantic City no later than 8:30 A.M. on that morning if you do not know where the claims are located. 

The next meeting will be held at the Broken Shovel Claim.  There will be a mini outing that day with the meeting to be held at 1:00 on the claim.  If you do not know the location of the claim, meet at the Grubstake by 8:30. 

No further business to conduct so the meeting was adjourned. 

The monthly 50/50 raffle was won by Doug and Karla.
