Meeting called to Order at : 1:08 P.M.

All present were members including Joe Stewart from Cody who came the greatest distance!

The Minutes of Nov. 9, 2013 meeting was read. Randy Hutchison made a motion to accept as read, seconded by Joe Stewart, motion carried.

A letter from the Bank concerning the savings acct. was read. Following discussion on the savings acct. Jacque Schmidt made a motion to have the Bank take $25.00 out of checking and put it into the savings acct. each month. Eugene Raymond seconded and the motion carried.

Deb Palmer gave the Treasurers Report. Jacque Schmidt made a motion to accept the report as read. Seconded by Randy Hutchison and the motion carried.

Deb Palmer reported that her computer is not working. Following discussion she agreed to take it to a computer tech. to see if it can be repaired.
