Meeting called to Order at 9:24 AM
Secretary read the minutes of the 3-14-2020 Meeting. No additions or corrections. Randy Hutchison made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Terry Irvin 2nd. Motion passed.
Deb. Palmer read the Treasurers report. Les Armstrong made a motion to accept as read. Terry Irvin 2nd. And the motion passed.
Deb. Palmer reported that the WPA had won some items in the PLP Raffle, consisting of two Silver 1oz. Rounds and one Gold Cub Delux.
Randy Hutchison reported on the Big Easy.
Randy said that due to COVID-19, the Riverton Fire Dept. did not use the Cooker.
Randy made a motion to leave the Officers in place until the meeting in June when we can hold elections. Les Armstrong 2nd. And the motion passed.
Randy Hutchison made a motion to hold the Annual Outing June 25,26 and 27, 2021. Rich Smith 2nd. And the motion passed.
Randy volunteered to look for a location for the Outing.
Keith Blair won the 50-50.
Due to the spike in COVID-19, The Board of Directors decided to cancel the November meeting.
The next meeting will be at The Wind River Heritage Center, 1075 S. Federal Blvd., Riverton, Wy. On Jan. 9, 2021
Pot Luck Lunch at 12:00 Noon and the WPA Meeting at 1:00 .
