Minutes for meeting held on: Nov. 13,2021 Location Wind River Heritage Center
Meeting called to Order at: 1:00PM
Officers: President Jim Brines, Vice President Shawn Raymond, Secretary Joyce Raymond, Treasurer
Jacque Stoldt, Board Member Deb Palmer
Introductions: 17 members present one member on zoom.
Minutes: Minutes for meeting held on Sept. 11, 2021 was read by Secretary Joyce Raymond.
Shawn Raymond made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Kim Raymond. Passed.
Correspondence: Joyce Raymond reported there was a newsletter from Wind River Heritage Center and several from organizations asking for donations.
Treasurers Report: Jacque Stoldt read the report. Randy Hutchison made a motion to accept as read seconded by Shawn Raymond and the motion passed.
Committee Reports: Randy Hutchison reported he still needs someone to do the Administrators job of keeping the paper work current for the claims.
Keith Blair recommends checking on WPA Web site for information on getting a personal claim. Find the “Land Matters” link and also check with the County Court House for available claims.
