Meeting called to Order at: 1:08 PM.
Introductions: 21 members and 3 guests for a total of 24 in attendance.
Minutes: The Secretary read the minutes for the Sept. 14, 2019 meeting. Randy Hutchison made a motion to accept minutes as read. Kim Raymond seconded and the motion passed.
Correspondence: Letters from the Wyoming Food Bank, Salvation Army, and the Wind River Heritage Museum News Letter.
Treasures Report: Deb Palmer read the Treasurers Report. Rosemary Blair made a motion to accept the report as read. Motion seconded by Terry Irvin and the motion passed.
Committee Reports: Randy Hutchison has Mining Reports for all the Claims.
Keith Blair reported he will have the Maps all updated on the Web Page by the end of the day.
Old Business: A letter from Carl Anderson concerning the Bridge Buster Claim and his offer was read. A discussion followed. Randy Hutchison made a motion to deed the claim back to Carl and get an agreement with him to use it, or if something happens that Carl can’t mine claim the WPA will get it back. Seconded by Deb Palmer and the motion passed.
New Business: None
The next meeting will be Jan. 11.2020 at the Wind River Heritage Museum at 1075 South Federal Blvd. Riverton, Wyoming.
Pot Luck Lunch at 12:00 noon and the Meeting to follow at 1:00PM
