Introductions

Secretary reads last club meetings minutes Jimmy Hardin made the motion to accept the minutes as read, Paula Jones seconded, motion passed.

Treasurer gives financial report Paula jones made the motion to accept the treasurers report as given, Jim Brines and Carl Anderson seconded motion passed.

Treasurer reads any correspondence received; Rocky Mountain Food Bank, and PLP special meeting to appoint officers.

 

Old Business: Chip Lansberry reported that the National Archives current administration is ending the vendor program, so that is making getting the maps take longer.  MMAC donation is still being tabled until their reorganization is complete.

 

New Business:  Discussion on getting the permit for Bridge Buster, to use equipment to move dirt. Someone talked to Randy Hutchinson about the permits. Carl Anderson will be checking with Tom Southerland of the Lander office of the BLM, about reclamation at Bridge Buster.

 

Next Meeting: Jan, 14, 2017 at the Heritage Museum, 1075 So. Federal Blvd. Riverton    

It will be a pot luck lunch at 12:00, with the meeting to follow.
