The Meeting was called to order at: 10:00 AM.
Introduction of members with 23 present.
The Secretary read the minutes of the April 10, 2021 meeting. Paula Jones made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Les Armstrong and the motion passed.
There was no correspondence.
Deb, Palmer read the Treasurers report. Jacque Stoldt made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report Kathy Irvin seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Old Business:
After some discussion it was decided not to participate in the Riverton Happy Day in July.
Annual Outing- Richard Smith reported that the owner of the property he located is not back in Atlantic City yet but he did assure Richard that it is Camper accessible.
Volunteers to help with the Annual Outing were called for. The following Committees were established.

Ice: Les Armstrong                                                     Metal Detecting: Jim Brines
Porta Johns: Deb. Palmer.                             Gold Ore: Randy Hutchison and lots of volunteers.
New Business: Nominations for Treasurer to replace Deb. for the remainder of the current term.
Joyce Raymond nominated Jacque Stoldt. With no further nominations, Jacque was elected by acclamation.
The President inquired if anyone wanted to go to a claim. If so get together after the meeting.

Minutes of 5-8-2021 continued.

Deb. Palmer asked for volunteers to Audit the books. Janiece Robinson said she would help and Randy Hutchison said Mary Hutchison would help.
Auditing Committee: Janiece Robinson, Mary Hutchison.
Next meeting will be June 12, 2021 in Atlantic City, Wy.
Miners Grubstake.

Randy Hutchison said for everyone to bring their shovels to the June meeting and we will go haul dirt (ore) for the Outing.
