Meeting called to Order at 01:09 PM.
Introduction of Members. 16 members and no guests.
Minutes of September 12, 2020 meeting were read. Terry Irvin moved to accept as read, seconded by Les Armstrong passed.
Treasurers report was given. Randy Hutchison made a motion to accept , seconded by Joe Stewart. Passed.
Deb. Palmer read correspondence from PLP, Day in the park and Food Bank of the Rockies. A letter was received from Herbert Eddy advising he was dropping out of the WPA.
Old Business: Rich Smith is still looking for a place to hold our Annual Outing.
New Business: It was suggested to give the members a year extension on their dues since we had no Outing, and very few meetings in 2020. The idea was dropped with no action taken.
Next meeting will be April 10, 2021 Pot-Luck Lunch at 12:00 and meeting at 1:00 PM. Wind River Heritage Center, 1075 S. Federal Blvd., Riverton, Wy.
Gary Calvert won 50-50 raffle.
Meeting adjourned at 1:32 PM.
Meeting was reconvened to discuss the PLP letter. After discussion Randy Hutchison made a motion to pay our dues and pay for the raffle tickets. Seconded by Les Armstrong , motion passed.
