    1. Introductions were made, we had 20 in attendance
    2. Secretary read last club meetings minutes Randy Hutchison made motion to accept minutes as read, Deb Palmer seconded, vote take motion passed
    3. Treasurer gives financial report, Jim Brines made motion to accept Treasurer’s report as given, Les Armstrong seconded, vote taken motion passed.
    4. Secretary read the correspondence received: We received a letter from the DEQ releasing a bond, to be used for further projects.

    We also received Thank You letters from the Freemont County Fire Dept. and the American Legion for our donations.

     

    Old Business: President; Jim Brines was nominated by Randy Hutchison and Deb Palmer seconded, vote taken. Jim Brines is our President, Thank you Jim.

     

     

    NEW BUSINESS: The annual outing is dates are June 22 – 24th, 2018. Location to be determined.

    We would like to thank our guest speaker Captain Falkner of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) for being there.

    Congratulations to Herb Eddy who won the door prize.

     

     

    Next Month’s Meeting: April 14,2018 @ the Grubstake, Atlantic City, 9:00am for breakfast, 10:00 for meeting. Please RSVP to Paula at 307-212-0080 (I may not hear my phone but I will get the message), so we can give them a head count on how many are coming.
