Introduction of members with 18 present.

Joyce Raymond read the minutes of the April meeting. Les Armstrong made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Keith Blair and the motion passed.

Penni Harden gave the Treasurers Report. Deb Palmer made a moton to accept the report as read, seconded by Kathy Irvin, motion passed.

Correspondence called for: Riverton Day In The Park will be held on July 13, Dues notice from PLP which also contained tickets for their Raffle, and two letters asking for donations.

Old Business: Discussion on the Annual Outing. We still need someone to do the metal detecting event and also someone to organize the hauling of the dirt.

New Business: The Day In The Park event was discussed at some length. Janiece Robinson made a motion to pass on it again this year, seconded by Penni Harden and the motion passed. PLP was discussed, motion made by Deb Palmer to pay our dues of $150.00 and send the Raffle tickets made out in the association's name to PLP. (tickets included in dues) Motion seconded by Les Armstrong, Motion Passed.

If you have prospecting tools or equipment for sale, bring it to the Annual Outing or bring pictures of the items.

Next meeting on June 8th, at Mary D1 claim. Meet at the South Pass Rest Area at 9:00 A.M. Penni will bring Donuts.

Jim Brines won the 50-50 drawing.
