Minutes for the meeting held on March 11, 2023.              Location: The Wind River Heritage Center.
The meeting was called to order at 1:04 PM with 21 members present.
Officers Present were President Jim Brines, Vice President Shawn Raymond, Secretary Joyce Raymond, Treasurer Jacque Stoldt, and Board Member Deb Palmer.
Jacque Stoldt read the minutes for the Secretary (she lost her voice) for the Jan. 14, 2023 meeting, Shawn Raymond made a motion to accept the minutes as read. The motion was seconded by Deb Palmer. The motion passed.
There was no Correspondence.
The Treasurers Report was given by Jacque Stoldt. Deb Palmer made a motion to accept the Report as read. The motion was seconded by Randy Hutchison and the motion passed.
Randy Hutchison reported he has not been able to contact the Mining company he was wanting to talk to about forming a Mining District.
     The next Meeting will be April 8, 2023 at the Wind River Heritage Center.
     Pot Luck Lunch will be at 12:00 Noon.
     The Meeting will start at 1:00 PM.
The Meeting adjourned at 1:37 PM.
