- Introductions were made, we had 5 in attendance
- Joyce Raymond read the minutes from the last meeting, Les Armstrong made motion to accept minutes as read, Kathy Irvin seconded, motion passed
- Deb Palmer read the financial report from Penni Harden, Deb Palmer made motion to accept Treasurer’s report as given, Terry Irvin seconded, motion passed.
- Deb Palmer read the correspondence received: a Thank You card from the Food Bank of the Rockies for our donation and three (3) letters asking for donations.
Old Business: With such a small group attending the meeting, it was decided to table any discussions on the possible purchase of the claims offered to us.
Janiece Robinson reported she has purchased the stamps from the USPS, for mailings. No problem with the purchase.
NEW BUSINESS: Chip Lansberry has been in the hospital in Salt Lake City, in a coma for over a month. He is coming out of the coma but has a long road ahead. After a discussion, Deb Palmer made a motion to send him and Misty $200.00 to help with their expenses. Les Armstrong seconded, motion passed.
After some discussion Kathy Irvin made a motion to have the Annual Outing June 28, 29, and the 30 this year. Deb Palmer seconded, motion passed. Volunteers will be Needed!!
Next Month’s Meeting: Will be April 13, 2019 at the Wind River Heritage Center, 1075 S. Federal Blvd. in Riverton. Pot luck at 12:00 noon, meeting to follow.
