Minutes for meeting held on, June 11, 2022              Location: Miners Grubstake-Atlantic City

The Meeting was called to order at 10:05 AM
Officers Present: President Jim Brines, Vice President Shawn Raymond, Secretary Joyce Raymond, Treasurer Jacque Stoldt, Board  Member Deb Palmer
Introductions: 25 Members
Reading minutes of the last meeting: The Secretary Joyce Raymond read the minutes of the meeting held on May 14, 2022. Shawn Raymond made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Paula Jones and the motion passed.
Correspondence:  none
Treasurers Report: Jacque Stoldt read the Treasurers Report, Paula Jones made a motion to accept the report as read, seconded by Shawn Raymond and the motion passed.
Committee Reports: none
Old Business: Annual Outing- Following a lengthy discussion Rich Smith made a motion ro order the same amount of meat that was ordered last year. Shawn Raymond seconded and the motion passed (last years order which was 2- seasoned 15 lbs. Beef roast, 2- seasoned 15 lbs. .pork roast, 2- 5 lb., packages of ¼ lb. hamburger patties and 1-box of large hot dogs).              Les Armstrong will put up the Signs directing everyone to the Campsite, and also reported that the Fire Extinguishers have been recertified and are in the Association Trailer. Les also said that we need to get a thank you card out to Mr. Hays as he donated the recertification to the WPA.
A card was sent with Les to hand deliver to Mr. Hays.
Jacque Stoldt volunteered to order the meat and pick up the condiments.
New Business: Postage is going up in July. Janiece Robinson said she has enough stamps for about a year.
Secretary volunteered to sign Incentive Cards for anyone who went out on the mini-outing on Randy’s claim after the last meeting. After a heated discussion the subject was dropped.
The Election of Officers for the 2022-2023 term will take place at the June 25, 2022 meeting. Jacque Stoldt reminded everyone that the President and Secretary are both retiring at the end of their terms in office.

The next Meeting will be at the Annual Outing.
Bring your favorite dish for the pot luck portion of the Saturday evening meal.
