Meeting called to Order at: 06:30.
Introductions: 27 members, 4 children, and 1 guest.
Minutes of June 8th. Meeting was read. Paula Jones moved to accept as read, seconded by Les Armstrong and motion passed.
No Treasures Report available.
Correspondence: A Thank You card from PLP for our donation.
Old Business: none
New Business: Rosemary Blair made a motion to send Jim Healey a Thank You card for the use of his Rock Creek Property. Seconded by Tim Wood. Motion passed.
A big thank you from the children for the grab bags they received.
Deb Palmer reported that the Audit of the Treasurers Books has been completed. Everything was fine. Keith Blair made a motion to accept the Auditors Report, seconded by Kathy Irvin and the motion passed.
Deb Palmer made a motion to have the 2020 Annual Outing the third weekend of June. Rosemary Blair seconded the motion and the motion passed. The 2020 Annual Outing will be held on June 19th, 20th and 21st, 2020.
Richard Smith made a motion to remind dog owners that while attending any WPA activity ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH. Motion seconded by Les Armstrong and the motion passed.
The next meeting will be at 9 AM, on Aug. 10th at Miners Grubstake in Atlantic City with a no host breakfast. Dale will have his “special breakfast” for us.
Election of Officers:
President: Paula Jones nominated Jim Brines. There were no other nominations. Jim Brines was elected by acclamation.
Vice President: Deb Palmer nominated Kathy Irvin. There were no other nominations. Kathy Irvin was elected by acclamation.
Secretary: Deb palmer nominated Joyce Raymond. There were no other nominations. Joyce Raymond was elected by acclamation.
Treasurer: Les Armstrong nominated Deb Palmer. There being no other nominations Deb Palmer was elected by acclamation.
Board Member: Deb Palmer nominated Janiece Robinson. There being no other nominations Janiece Robinson was elected by acclamation.
Richard Smith won the 50-50 drawing.
