Introductions: 13 members.
Minutes of the Nov. 9, 2019 meeting read: Randy Hutchison moved to approve, Les Armstrong seconded and the motion passed.
Treasurers report: Deb Palmer read the treasurers report. Les Armstrong moved to accept, Joel Sherman seconded and the motion passed.
Committee reports: Randy Hutchison reported all mining reports have been sent in. Joyce Raymond reported the Quit Claim for the Bridge Buster was sent to Carl for his approval. He will get it signed at his pleasure.
Old Business: After some discussion on places for the June Outing, Les Armstrong made a motion for Randy Hutchison to look into some property for the Outing. Kathy Irvin seconded and the motion passed.
New Business: Deb Palmer read some articles from the Mining Journal.
Next Meeting March 14, 2020 at Wind River Heritage Museum
