    Introductions : 2 new members, Dan and Valerie Hughes

    Secretary reads last club meetings minutes Joyce Raymond made motion to accept minutes with the name correction of Sunderland, Mary Hutchison seconded motion passed.

    Treasurer gives financial report: Discussed checking, savings, and CDs, Jim Brines made motion to accept, Les Armstrong seconded, motion passed.

    Treasurer reads any correspondence received: Thank you’s from American Legion, Food Bank, Salvation Army, and the PLP.

    Chip Lansberry sent several articles regarding the public lands. Read various articles from the Mining Journal.

    Old Business: Deb Palmer read to the club who we donated to and how much.

    Discussed the donation of the $1500 to MMAC that had previously been tabled. Randy Hutchison made motion to send it. Les Armstrong and Jimmy Harden seconded motion passed.

    New Business: Randy Hutchison informed the members that the Moya G is no longer available for club use due to permits.

    Discussed the permit for Bridge Buster

    Randy Hutchinson was asked if he would talk to Bixler and Heeley for use of the Bridge Buster for the outing.

    Penni Harden found a link at the library that will give access to old newspapers. She had several from the 1800’s.

    Joyce Raymond made motion to donate $50.00 to the Heritage Museum for the use of the facility for our meeting, Jim Brines seconded motion passed.

    The great Chili was made by Dave Knapp of the Heritage Museum and deeply appreciated.

     

    Next  Meeting:  March11th,2017  Heritage Museum, 1075 S. Federal, Riverton

    Pot luck at 12:00 meeting to follow.  Dave is going to make us some ham and beans. Tours will be available before and after the meeting, try to come early or stay after to tour. Museum hours are 10-4
