Meeting called to Order at: 10:29 AM
The introduction of members with 23 members and 1 guest present.
.The minutes of the June 26, 2021 meeting were read. One correction was noted. Mike Conner should have been Mike O’Conner. Amendment to the minutes was made by Shawn Raymond, seconded by Randy Hutchison, Minutes passed as amended ..
Correspondence: .A verbal correspondence from Carl Anderson was delivered by Randy Hutchison that Carl Anderson would like to trade the Bridge Buster claim for the Amanda 28 claim. After a brief discussion Shawn Raymond made a motion to reject Carl’s proposal, seconded by Rich Smith. The motion passed.
Treasurer’s Report: Jacque Stoldt read the treasurers report. Les Armstrong moved to accept the report as read seconded by Shawn Raymond and the motion passed.
Old Business: The WPA trailer needs tires. Shawn Raymond made a motion to replace 3 (three) tires on the trailer. The motion was seconded by Randy Hutchison and the motion passed.
It was brought to our attention that we need a Hi-Lift jack for the trailer as well. Will Stoldt said he has several and will donate one. Rich Smith said he will donate the Trailer Jack he put on the Trailer at the Annual Outing. The top of the trailer needs some repair as well.
Jim Brines reported that the Mosquito Fogger needs to be repaired or replaced before next year’s Outing.
New Business: Deb Palmer reported that Les Armstrong and Rich Smith made several trips each getting Trailers pulled up for the Outing and need to be reimbursed for the fuel they used. Shawn Raymond made a motion to pay them each $150.00. Jacque Stoldt seconded and the motion passed.
Winter months meetings were discussed. It was left up to the Board of Directors to cancel or keep having winter meetings.
The next meeting will be Sept. 11, 2021 on the Amanda 28 Claim.
Meet at the Atlantic City turnoff across from the Highway Department Shop at 9:00 AM.
There may not be any water so bring your own or bring a dry-washer.
