Minutes for April 8, 2023 Meeting.                                           Location: The Wind River Heritage Center.  The Meeting was called to order at 1:02 PM
There were16 Members, 2 guests and 3 Members on zoom.
Officers present were President Jim Brines, Vice President Shawn Raymond, Secretary Joyce Raymond, Treasurer Jacque Stoldt, and board member Deb Palmer.
Jacque Stoldt read the Minutes for the March 11, 2023 meeting.  Shawn Raymond made a motion to accept the minutes as read. The motion was seconded by Kathy Irvin and the motion passed.
There was no Correspondence.
The Treasurers report was given by Jacque Stoldt. Les Armstrong made a motion to accept the report as read, seconded by Randy Hutchison and the motion passed.
Jacque Stoldt reported she has ordered all the clothing and will get the hats ordered this next Tuesday.
Randy Hutchison has nothing to report on the Mining District.
It was reported that the top on the Association Trailer is coming loose and is leaking. We went over and looked at it and Eugene said it will need a one piece sheet of metal to repair it. Joyce Raymond volunteered to try and find someone in the Riverton area to do the repairs.
The next Meeting will be on May 13, 2023.
Location: The Miners Grubstake in Atlantic City, Wy.
Breakfast will be at 9:00 AM. This will be a no host breakfast. Be sure you pay for your meal before you leave.
