Meeting called to Order at:9:55AM
Introductions: 22 members present.
Reading of the minutes of the June 29th meeting were read. Motion to accept minutes as read was made by Les Armstrong, seconded by Rosemary Blair motion passed.
Correspondence: A letter from Atlantic City Historical Society was received.
Treasurers Report: Treasurers report read. Motion to accept the Report by Mike O’Conner, 2nd by Randy Hutchison motion passed.
Old business: none.
New business: Atlantic City Historical Society dues are due. Keith Blair made a motion to send a check for $10.00 for our dues, seconded by Rich Smith and the motion passed.
The book written by the Historical Society is available in soft cover. After some discussion Mike O’Conner made a motion the Association buy three copies of the book. Motion seconded by Rosemary Blair, motion passed.
Randy Hutchison stated that he had talked to his son and his son said that the Association members could prospect on the Declan B, and Declan B 2 claims which are located by the Moya G claim.
Randy also put out a reminder to all members that he needs the mining reports from everyone so he can get the State Report in on time.
Next meeting will be Sept. 14, 2019 at Miners Grubstake. A No Host Breakfast at 9:00AM meeting to follow at 10:00AM.
50-50 winner this month was LeAnn Berry.
