    Meeting called to Order at:1:05 PM.
    Introduction of Members: 19 Present including a new member from Dubois.

    The Secretary read the Minutes of the March 13,2021 Meeting. Randy Hutchison offered an amendment to include an explanation why the WPA decided not to give a year membership to all members because of the COVED 19 pandemic. The explanation is as follows: “although we held no meetings and there was not an Annual Outing, the Claims were still available for everyone to prospect on”. It was also noted that Deb. Palmer stated she was going to resign as Treasurer. Minutes were approved as amended.

    Correspondence A thank you card from Herb Eddy was read and a letter of resignation from Deb. Palmer. Her resignation will be effective as of May 8, 2021

    The Wind River Heritage Center and St. Margaret’s School will be presenting a Live History Reenactment on April 17th 2021 – 10:00am-10:30am-amd 11:00am. Free Lunch 11:00 am-2:00pm, Free Tours 12:00pm-4:00pm, It is all free! Everyone is welcome

    Riverton Happy Day (Day in the Park) will be July 10, 2021. Early Bird registration is $40.through May 3, 2021.

    Treasurer report: The Treasurers Report was given by Deb. Palmer. Mary Hutchison made a motion to accept the report as read, seconded by Rich Smith and motion passed.

    Committee reports: None.

    Old Business: Rich Smith reported that he thinks we will be able to have our Annual Outing on Pine Creek. The owner is working in the Laramie area but should be home soon.

    New Business: Rich Smith asked if he could use our Cooker July 16th and17th for a family reunion which will be held at Louis Lake. Deb. Palmer made a motion to let Rich use the cooker, seconded by Joel Sherman and the motion passed.

    Deb. Palmer won the 50-50 drawing.

    Next meeting will be held on May 8, 2021 in Atlantic City
    Breakfast at 9:00 AM followed by the Meeting at 10:00 AM.
