1. Introductions were made, we had 19 in attendance
2. Paula Koon read the minutes from the last meeting, Les Armstrong made motion to accept minutes as read, Mary Hutchison seconded, motion passed
3. Deb Palmer read the financial report for Penni Harden, Joyce Raymond made motion to accept Treasurer’s report as given, Janiece Robinson seconded, motion passed.
4. Deb Palmer read the correspondence received: a letter from Dick Sudrack with a donation for Chip Lansberry

Old Business: Motion was made to table the purchase of the claim since more information was needed.

Discussion was had about the annual meet, As volunteers are needed for the following events:

1. Set up and take down
2. Trash removal
3. Metal detecting
4. Cooks
5. Food purchasing—Deb Palmer and Janiece Robinson
6. Port-a-potties—Deb Palmer
7. Ice--- Janiece Robinson and Les Armstrong
8. Moving dirt before the outing, date to be announced
9. Hiding of the metals for the metal detecting

Or if any other ideas
.NEW BUSINESS: Michelle Greenough made the suggestion of after each meeting through the summer meetings having a mini outing after the meeting, to learn the locations of the different claim sites.

Note to all Chip Lansberry is improving each day!!! So very glad to hear.

Next Month’s Meeting: Will be May 11, 2019 at the Wind River Heritage Center, 1075 S. Federal Blvd. in Riverton. Pot luck at 12:00 noon, meeting to follow.
